Linking Land & Sea demonstrations

During the Linking Land & Sea demonstrations, chefs prepare dishes using our finest local produce. As you watch, commentator Jack McAndrew provides you with colourful and mouth watering descriptions of what exciting foods are being prepared.

Immediately after the demonstration, you are invited to taste these delectable dishes. Produce used for the demonstration is available for sale right on site in our Farmers' Market.
